Chamber Music Columbus is committed to enriching the cultural life of central Ohio through the love and celebration of chamber music. We continue to fulfill this mission by the presentation of renowned chamber music ensembles from around the world.
VIVO: Momentum

Chamber Music Columbus and VIVO Music Festival continue their annual partnership for an exciting performance featuring multiple generations of international talent, most of whom have been raised right here in the 614. Columbus’ own Isabelle Ai Durrenberger, Jordan Dodson, Julia Yang, Alicia Hui, Siwoo Kim and John Stulz welcome guests including Alexi Kenney, Lucy Fitz Gibbon and two inaugural VIVO Next Fellows. A guitar, soprano and a string octet – you won’t want to miss this kaleidoscopic extravaganza!
VOCES8

2023 Grammy-nominated British vocal ensemble Voces8 seamlessly integrates tone, balance, and expression in a radiant musical experience unlike any other. Formed in 2005, the ensemble represents the highest caliber of a capella through their performances and collaborations with leading musicians, orchestras, conductors, and soloists around the globe. Put best by CD Review, BBC Radio 3, “The slickest of the lot…fans of a cappella ought to hear this.” Join Chamber Music Columbus in witnessing these eight soaring voices grace the Southern Theatre.
Leonkoro Quartet
Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 4pm
Framed by brothers Jonathan and Lukas Schwarz on first violin and cello and joined by Amelie Wallner on second violin and Mayu Konoe on viola, Leonkoro is among the most esteemed ensembles of their generation. Recipients of the MERITO String Quartet Award, the Young Talent Award of the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, and the Borletti-Buitoni Trust, the quartet has an “enormous stage presence” (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, January 2022). Hear their triumphant interpretations of beloved composers including Haydn and Mendelssohn.
Le Consort

With a fierce dedication to Baroque music, Parisian quartet Le Consort has spent the 10 years since its inception bringing a personal, dynamic, and modern element to the genre. Featuring two violins, a cello, and a harpsichord, Le Consort is considered to be “one of the major players of the French baroque scene” (Diapason, October 2019). Be teleported back to the Baroque era through an expressive repertoire with known greats including Bach and Telemann.
Academy of St. Martin in the
Fields Woodwind Quintet
Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 7pm
Renowned for their fresh, brilliant interpretations of the world’s greatest works, Academy of St. Martin in the Fields Woodwind Quintet pushes the boundaries of the classics. The ensemble comprises the top talent of the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields Chamber Orchestra and balances a reverence for traditional favorites as well as modern compositions. This program features timeless favorites including Bach, Debussy, and Mozart.
